3 Mouth-Watering Electrolyte-Rich Mocktails

Try these three hydrating and electrolyte-rich mocktails to stay cool and refreshed this summer!

The Faux-Mojito

4 limes

1 TB raw honey

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

6-8 minced mint leaves

1 qt. Filtered water

Ice (optional)

Juice the limes, add honey, apple cider vinegar, and mint leaves to a quart-sized jar (4 cups). Fill the jar with water and mix well. Add ice for an extra cold drink.

 

Watermelon Water

2-4 large slices of watermelon

Filtered water (or sparkling water)

1/2 lime

Blend watermelon slices in a blender or food processor. Add water and lime juice to taste (the less water, the sweeter and thicker the drink will be).

 

Lemon-Lime Grown-up Gatorade

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 cup Lemon juice

1/4 cup Lime juice

1.5 cups Unsweetened coconut water

2 cups Filtered water

Ice (optional)

Juice lemon and lime. Put all the ingredients in a quart-sized jar (4 cups) and mix well. Serve with ice if desired. Enjoy!
